Useful as an accessible run-down of 90's M&A from its most notable practicioner. From an anachronistic point of view the laudatory capsule bios of since-discredited corporate titans are amusing. Reader beware however, the author's proximity to events mean this will always be a partial tale (and probably one where ghost-writers also played their part). A book where the reader should be aware that the author is also the subject.
