58-- Lord Byron, by Paul G. Trueblood (read 8 May 2023) Though I read the 3 volume biography of Byron that was many years ago, as was my reading of the longer poems of Byron, and have read other biographies of him, I decided to read this 128 page study, published in 1969. I did not find it very interesting, no doubt because I did not have access.to the text of the Byron works discussed, and it was so long since I last read the major poems of Byron.
