I was not at all impressed with the recipes...

They didn't sound appetizing nor did the photographs enhance my appetite.

The Best 100 Spanish Recipes por Esperanza Luca de Tena

Lots of interesting recipes (well, 100) but I would have liked an introduction for each recipe, giving a little context. Also, the translation is baffling at times (what is hake ear?)
