This one was a disappointment. It starts out fast with the romance between Jenny and Thorn and then all of a sudden I get to the middle of the book and there is an epilogue. I'm thinking, WHAT!, that is it? Then we go to a story about Jenny's friend and a seperate romance for her.
I would have liked to see more of a resolution of the romance between Jenny and Thorn. I'm led to believe that they meet again, but I'm not sure. It would have been a better book if more had been done with their romance. Cindy's was not necessary and too short to begin with. It would have made more sense to just write a completely different book just about Cindy.
Two stars because I liked the beginning but the rest is just off.

There is some deep talk during their developing relationship and Patsy develops her play around the life of the young man. A satisfying romance.

This one is unusual in that it is written from the perspective of the boy.
