What happens when an amateur blogger with her face on her blog goes on a less than impressive date with the guy who works on the computer opposite of her? EVERYONE at work reads it! The guy involves his roommate when he hatches a plan to get back at her (book 2 to be announced) big time.

In the meantime, he sees her in the park and invites her to lunch. After lunch, he rushes to her to give her what desert he can in public, leaving her wanting more. She does an imbecilic thing, goes home and gets drunk. Then on her blog, she tells him how much more she wants and that she's a dirty girl. That does it for him. He is livid!!! It is time to hatch the plan. On to Book 2. This is a great story, with sound advice: no blogging drunk. You never know who will read it!… (más)

This is a good way to pass time, if you are looking for something like that. Abbie, an accountant, spends her days working alongside a co-worker in a cube in an office and her nights writing a blog about her no-holds-barred dating experiences. Sometimes, they are funny. Sometimes they are brutal. One night, Abbie dates her cube-mate and publishes a bog that definitely makes her life that and that of her cube-mate memorable. This short piece follows the repercussions that follow this blog posting.

I enjoyed this book but did not like the fact that there was no ending. It was a definite cliff hanger. I always wonder why an author is, in my opinion, so worried about her or his writing and the book that she/he has to end the book as a cliff hanger to trap/entice the reader to buy a follow-on book. This is a great book for anyone who has time to kill and really does not want to become involved in a long, complex story line or plot. I personally found it interesting but not very deep. I guess some, who are really into blogging, can relate to it. I enjoyed it until the cliff hanger ending, as I definitely do not like cliff hangers.

Though rather short, the writing was pretty good. The character development was okay. The setting was a good one for this type book. The ending just left me empty and wondering. I received this from Library Thing to read and provide an honest review.

What a great book. Abby post daily on her blog about her dates, and sex life. Has she taken it to far?

Even though this is a short story you get to know a lot about Abby and Toby. This says a lot about this author's writing. I can't wait to read more.

This is one of the first books that I received for a honest review that was not full of errors.
