Jason J. Stellman

Jason Stellman, raised in the Southern California evangelical Christian congregations emphasizing being ready for the Rapture, rejecting secular music, and demonizing other denominations and faiths, and so on. A black and white version of Christianity. As a Protestant pastor, he worked in the States and Europe. His religious house of cards tumbled down, but instead of ridiculizing all things Christian or turning to atheism or agnosticism, he found relief in the Roman Catholic Church to rebuild his faith bottom up as broken vessel bearing eternal truths, a misfit in his own words.

In Misfit Faith: Confessions of a Drunk Ex-Pastor, a memoir and revised theological point of view combined, Stellman is as sharp and raw as in his podcast series Drunk Ex-Pastors.
