I have always been a Nora Flite fan, and this book is a great example of why. It was very well written, solid story, and lots of different melodramas coming at you from every side. There's too many PR nightmares to count, all surrounding Hunter, the football star. Will he throw it all away? Will true love finally give him a reason to fight his overbearing father? Not to mention, I love Victoria's surprise at the end. Nora and Allison scored a touchdown with this one in my book.

I do not know how she consistently does it, but I love that she does. Nora Flite brings us another installment of her sexy contemporary stars with Peacock. It all centers around what happens behind the scenes in the newest way to find love... internet dating. Hero is kind of a douchenozzle at first, heroine, well, she does what a lot of women do. She allows herself to get trapped by the big D. It's a great afternoon read, just the right length, and great storytelling.

I really enjoyed Hooking Up by Allison Starwood. This is my first experience with her writing, but I saw a blog posting of the book and thought the synopsis sounded interesting so I wanted to give it a read. Overall, I found the book very enjoyable. The story line was fun and it was a nice quick read. Her dialogue was a little rushed in places but I think that will continue to develop and get stronger with each book she writes. I look forward to experiencing more of her books in the future.
I would recommend this book to fans of sports romances, especially football - and of course those who enjoy the "forbidden"/ fall in love in secret type of genres.
Happy Reading....enjoy!

I enjoyed Thousand Yard Bride by Nora Flite. Sports romance novels are one of my favorite reads, especially during football season. I thought she did a great job with the story line of this one. The writing and dialogue was up and down, there were parts that I thought were well written and others were it seemed rushed or not enough depth to the dialogue. Overall, it was enjoyable and I would still recommend it to anyone who loves a good football/accidental pregnancy story.
Happy Reading... enjoy
