(also known as Joseph Smith, Sr.). There is also Joseph F. Smith, who is the nephew of Joseph Smith, Jun. and the cousin of Joseph Smith, III. Joseph F. Smith is also the father of Joseph Fielding Smith, who is the father of Joseph Fielding Smith, Jr. All of these authors are associated with either the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) or the Reorganized Church of Latter-day Saints (RLDS Church, now also known as the Community of Christ).
