What can be said that isn't positive about a book that has 8 excellent biscuit recipes. Among these "Everyday Biscuits", which uses vegetable oil, works well with 1/2 whole wheat, and mixes up in minutes. I picked this up from a discount table, because I missed Parker House Rolls. We use it constantly in my house. I have not had one of these recipes fail.
