A lift-the-flap book that says it is ok to accept and trust your feelings and to express them. It includes a 'Feelings Game' with a spinner and wipe-clean board with a blank face on it for exploring feelings.

Everyone's family is different and this book really touches all types of families. I love that it has great diversity in the pictures and includes gay and lesbiean families, adoptive and foster families. It does this in using interactive flaps for children to read along too, which I love.
