Fifty on Fifty is a book of 50 women who hav achieved success and are Leaders in their field. I believe the purpose of this book is to inspire other women and I assume it's taget audience was directed to women. However, being a man I found these stories quite inspirational. Most of these women I was familiar with but didn't know their backround or sory. many had to overcome multiple adversities. It's a nice book of wisdom and inspiration that anyone can benefit by reading.
