I live in a world of marketing. My school, career, and past times seem to revolve around marketing, retailing, and advertising - but I wouldn't have it any other way. It fascinates me and makes me think... And then came this book. I picked it up because I love being an education sponge, but this book just didn't do much for me. It was super insightful, but didn't really give me personally what I wanted out of it. I had hoped to see how marketing and advertising changed, but instead it was just a history of the education aspect (which the title suggests... yeah, I know, judge me all you want). I was hoping for a little more, but the book was well written! It's very well written and has a lot of great info packed tight. It's just something I wouldn't personally read again.
