Michael G. Rhode

Short selection of interviews with this serial autobiographical author, made partly as a spin-off from the film American Splendor which was made from his comic of the same name. Having never read nor watched AS, the author reminds me of Bukowski. Indeed they have both been illustrated by Robert Crumb. It was good to know how to pronounce the author's name (I had mispronounced it when I first picked up this book). Many of the interviews are repetitive, but overall this was no problem.
