This isn't absolutely a book to learn HTML. It's not very useful at that.
If you already know HTML and you need a (physical) place where to quickly get precise and complete information on every HTML tag, this is the best. Differently from many huge trash books (like the xyz bible...), it's small, simple, complete, easy to read, ant it will leave some free space on your desk.
I'm using it every time I need to make an HTML page.

Woefully outdated, but I never bought anything better. Does me fine (with books on CSS, JS, etc.)
