The Celts por T. G. E. Powell
Probably good in its day, but that was a long time ago. The shelves are too full, and we have Cunliffe's The Ancient Celts, so this one has gone on the Out pile.

The Celts (Ancient Peoples and Places) por T.G.E. Powell
This would be an awesome book except for one thing...
Punctuation! I don't know if it is a Brit thing or an academic thing or a British academic thing but when I have to go back to re-read a paragraph and put in the commas an semi-colons to figure out what the heck the author is saying...
This book has a lot to recommend it, but be aware that it takes some time.
