this book reviewed the most popular cryptids. As I suspected, all visual evidence has been proven a hoax. Short book, not much depth, but an ok read. This book was free on Amazon in 2014. 56 pages 2 1/2 stars

I've seen all six movies, several times, but this is a nice reading and the trivia are nice to know ;) ! I also learnt about the reference to Joseph Campbell's Hero with a thousand faces: I wish to read this one even more!

A beginner’s guide to Star Wars. There is no fluff; it gets straight to the point. I really liked the book, and I am an avid Star Wars guru. The thing that I liked the most is that even I learned a some things in this book.
Starting with Episode 1, and continuing with trivia, the book was right on, easy and quick to read. To know nothing about the movies, and memorize this book, a person could easily hold his own in the Star Wars debates that happen around the geek tables. After the movies are described, the author goes into some finer points about what makes Star Wars so epic. Who shot first, and why the debate, a section about R2-D2 and C-3PO and why they are so popular and what role do they play in the movies.
Missing would be a couple of paragraphs of the Wookie Holiday special, and a little more about the cartoon series The Clone Wars, and the new movies that are coming out from Disney.
For the person that has not seen the movies, or read the books, this is a great quick read.… (más)

Nice overview of the Star War movies 1-6. Fun trivia about each book. Interesting facts about props and characters. Enjoyable whether you've seen the movies or not. Good reading to tide you over until part 7 comes.
