Steve O'Loughlin

This appears to be a one-of-a-kind book as well as an advertising piece for the author/artist who was based somewhere in the Los Angeles area. It seems to be a pattern book for tattoos more than anything else. He states in a text box inside a graphic on one of the pages that he does "quick caricatures and Celtic design / available for parties and special events" and gives his telephone number.
