Every book has a story. This one doesn't make the exception to the rule.

I bought this book in London, on vacation because I hadn't found it in Brussels and I began reading it by thinking of my late cat, who passed away last year. Of course, I miss her very much and the reading made me miss her more, because we discover how important the relationship between animals are (whatever it is a dog, a horse, a cat).

The author makes us discover this relationship in a historic and scientific point of view, the key to this relationship is oxytocin, an important neurotransmittor who favorises social bonding.

I strongly recommend this book to all people (pet owners or not)… (más)
