This graphic novel tells the story of Paul Revere's ride to Lexington in April 1775 to warn colonists in Massachusetts of approaching British troops. Illustrations fill the entire pages, and are created from bold, vibrant colors (navy and maroon)- giving the pictures a darker look. The back of the book contains a few pages, giving more detail to Revere's ride.

This book would be ideal for a teacher to share when discussing allies that America has, the American Revolutionary war, President Grant or the history of the Statue of Liberty. The reading level is 4.3.
