I read it to get familiar with German terms and common practices in personal finance. It served that purpose acceptably. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it for insightful advice or even good structure.

It reads like a student's term paper. There was some plan, and there is some good sense in the content, but you really have to hunt line per line for tiny bits of useful information between all the filler and "conversational" prose.
