A good read. I'm appreciative of the idea that liturgy is formative -- that catechesis and "Christian education" aren't all, or even necessarily the most basic things in shaping the Christian identity. It's also always interesting to me to read Protestants taking liturgy seriously, since I must admit my atavistic Catholic reflex is just to say "they don't have any"!
