When a young Chimpanzee comes to live with Rachel Stelson and her family, they quickly realize that Friday is not like the other chimpanzees. He is very gifted and has been raised and created by Scientist Bucky green. Through the story, the author tells of Friday's shenanigans at the apartment, in Rachel's school, and throughout New York. This book is great for children ages eight and up.

This is a very good book. Bucky Greene is a scientist who has a chimp who he leaves with Rachel's family. They call him Friday. Bucky tells them they cant tell anyone about Friday. He wont tell them why. When Bucky turns up dead the next day Rachel gets suspicious. She thinks he was murdered. After Friday has been close to being "chimp"napped 3 times. She had thought she could keep Friday forever but boy was she wrong!
