Dr. Moore says that you can correct your high blood pressure by balancing your sodium [Na] with potassium [K]. You should have five times as much potassium as sodium in your body. Otherwise, every cell in your body is affected negatively in many, many ways. Fascinating reading, but a bit verbose.

I haven't finished reading yet. I am trying his recommendations. I shall see if they work.
