Chris Momb

WOW! That's really all I can say about this book. I cannot believe how vivid the imagery is and how descriptive Momb is. From the very beginning, I knew this was a book that I would not be able to stop reading. You know right from the start that you are reading a wonderful story of science fiction and fantasy. It kept me on the edge of my seat and I could visualize every single moment. If star travel, cosmic energies, and the idea of telepathic surveillance appeals to you, even remotely, this is definitely the book for you. Momb concisely details every aspect of what you should see while reading.

I think this book should get much more attention. I can see this becoming a movie or even a TV series real soon. I just don't want to miss it when it does. I think of Dr. Who, Farscape and Firefly when I read back over some of the book. This is just a different feel. I would put it in the category of those shows, but it is its own story.

I will be reading this one again. I will also recommend it to a few people. It's worth the read. You will not be able to put it down, so it will go fast.… (más)

Malaran, a space-action novella centered around Malaran, who may be the savior of those on Nuevo as they face the threat of an invader. I was initially put off my the beginning of this novella because the author was very heavy on the adjectives, which was very distracting. However, Chris soon began to unravel a well-imagined world. I actually hope that instead of creating a series of novellas Chris reinvents this current story into a fully actualized novel. I see a huge potential for his ability to create a full length novel followed by many books in this series. I can't wait for the next one!… (más)
