This book is a how to/ experiment/ activity book. It contains directions for many science excercises using little more than a paper clip as materials. The book is organized into chapters categorizing the activities from measurement properties to electrochemistry and electricity to magnetism. This organization is outlined in a table of contents. In index is also included. Black and white sketch drawings help illustrate the procedures of some of the experiments. The tone is neutral and directional in that it is directly instructive. The language level is not complex but the activities range from a difficulty level of middle school to high school. The book includes a metric conversion chart to aid activities that require such conversions. The book did not offer any author credentials or qualifications for accuracy. I personally liked this book and thought it would be a good resource for a number of science topics. The materials needed are minimal and the scientific disciplines it applies to are various.… (más)
