I do like making a meal by how many it will serve. 7 day meal plan is included and other works by the author are highlighted at the end. I received a copy of this cookbook for the purpose of review.
I read through the whole cookbook before doing anything else. I liked how the author split up the recipes into quantities for 1,2 or 4 people that the recipes made. Each recipe has an intro to tell you a little bit about it. This also helps you understand a little about why the author likes it/put it in the book. I made a few of the recipes, one being the Scrumptious Quiche on page 113. I needed it to make more than 1 portion so I worked out what I would need for a whole pie and it worked out nicely. The recipes are a nice variety and the author makes sure to put alternative ingredients when there is something that is unusual or possibly international and hard to find. The cookbook has been thought about very carefully and seems to be constructed by and for an at home cook. Too often it seems this is not the case. A criticism of the book would be the amount of ingredients in each recipe. While most are spices, I did find that the majority of the recipes had 7 or more ingredients and I felt that to be a bit excessive. I also had a problem with the book being in .pdf format which made it hard to read on my kindle.… (más)

This is a very well presented vegetarian cookbook. The recipes are clear and easy to follow. We tried two so far and they worked VERY well.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes are presented for one, two or four people. It would be great if the quantities were specified for the three sizes (1, 2 and 4 people) for each recipe. Sometimes it's not just a matter of multiplying or dividing.
