Rules of Attraction is a sizzling, fun and entertaining read by India Masters that will leave you fanning yourself and smiling with satisfaction.

When I began reading this, I was instantly reminded of How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days – you know that romantic comedy starring Matthew McConaughey and Kate Hudson? One of my favorite movies! In Rules of Attraction, Anna, a fashion journalist of a well-known magazine is assigned to go beyond her love of writing of fashion, to a piece on love. Anna, however, does not believe in love and feels that men only want one thing – a no-strings roll in the hay, which she is all too happy to participate in. With that in mind, she looks to a social dating site called ManofMeans.com which is aims at wealthy men, as the title suggests. It doesn’t take long for Anna to find her victim – hot and heady Jonathon Bain.

Jonathon is an incredibly handsome man with money to spare and has never had trouble finding a willing woman to spend time with. So why does he join a dating site? As a favor to his friend – and after much haggling from his friend! What he doesn’t expect is to find two very luscious women who are completely different from one another.

Parvoti is Anna’s eccentric best friend. They have known each other and grown up together since childhood. The girls love one another like sisters and would do anything for one another. With that in mind, when Anna asks Parvoti to help her out in the dating experiment, though she is incredibly reluctant, she agrees.

What follows is anything but tame and sends three very different people, with very different lives, spiraling into an abyss of passion and feelings never before felt. Can Anna go through with her experiment at the expense of herself, Parvoti and Jonathon or will the end result be too devastating? Is love something that is actually real or just a figment of untruth brought about by society’s fantasies of happy ever after?

Rules of Attraction is not a book for the faint of heart. It is incredibly sensual, sexual and for the open-minded reader. There is the “sharing” of a man on the most intimate of levels and the intimate encounters are anything but mild. However, the writing is done is a non-perverse way and is aimed at heat, not shock-value. Though I did have the ending figured out when I just barely began reading, it did not take away from the enjoyment of the story. I loved reading and joining the characters as their connections unfolded and their feelings grew. Rules of Attraction was tons of fun to read and a book that I would recommend to anyone looking for a steamy, but well written and well plotted story. India Masters has an excellent talent for weaving a story that draws the reader in, makes them care about the characters and delve into what is happening upon the pages. Definitely a rated “R” type of book, but written with incredible style and talent!

HOT! My Kindle is still steaming from reading Eternal Soulmate by India Masters. With the perfect blend of paranormal, romance, vampires and spiciness, this book is an absolute must read for those who love all of the above!



Though new to the genre of Erotica, I found Eternal Soulmate to be sizzling yet tastefully written. I simply adored the characters of Olivia and Noah. Olivia was spunky, kick-butt and intelligent while Noah is hot, hunky, intelligent and very focused on his objective – getting his soulmate, Olivia, to fall in love with him.

Finding an eternal soulmate can be over the top exciting, but it is also very deadly. Noah must keep Olivia safe from a group called the Sentinel, whose goal is to take out vampires and their human lovers before they can expand on the vampire breed. This group will stop at nothing to make their quest a success and Olivia is sharply within their sights.



Eternal Soulmate is a deeper and darker look at the vampire genre that is so predominate and popular in today’s literature. This is definitely an adult read and not for anyone who is easily offended by sexual descriptions. For me, this was just an addictive and fun read. I absolutely loved everything about it. The plot line of the story was fun and enjoyable and hooked me from the very beginning. There are also bits of suspense thrown in, incredible heat, emotions and excellent characterization and chemistry between not only the main characters, but also the secondary characters of Olivia’s best from and Noah’s brother.

After reading Eternal Soulmate I eagerly look forward to reading more by the incredibly talented India Masters!
