The book deliveres what it says : you will keep this one on the counter kitchen, for an everyday use. Eric, being french canadian, has a taste for food that gets very close to mine, being also a french canadian. The ingredients he uses are macrobiotics (except tomatoes and pepper) and his recipes have great steps details and good pictures. Love, Eric & Sanae (his spouse) would give any junior macrobiotic cook a great start into this way of eating and balancing life. His Apple Cinnamon Strudel (page 87) is a dream to eat!… (más)
