Bernd Langensiepen

This is the only book I own that is in Turkish. It is a handbook covering the Ottoman Navy, and it comes with a duplicate text in Turkish. The Authors do apologize for the lack of other sources on this short by-way of WWI naval history. There are many photographs and the captions are dual language as well. The English text is separated from the photos, and there are no armour details of the ships. Mapping is poor, for a general history, but I'm sure the Turkish Navy was not very insistent on the Royal Navy standards for record keeping.… (más)
