This book is so useful. It doesn't just show exercises, but it goes into generous detail regarding human physiology and also connects the exercise to exactly how it will affect your performance in a triathlon. The figures are also very well drawn. This will definitely be a book I hold onto for a long time.

This has taken center shelf on the family bookshelf. Not only for my husband and daughter, who are considering their first triathlon, but also for the other runners and cyclist in the family. Clear, concise, and easy to understand. I am glad to have received this through ER and plan to send a copy to my BIL and SIL who are already triathletes.
