As a member of Weight Watchers, which helped me lose 35 pounds, I was curious about this book and what it would say. I must admit it was a pleasant surprise. The author is the CEO of Weight Watchers and someone with a life-long weight problem - first too thin, then too heavy, eating poorly, not enough exercise. This is a personal chronicle of how he accomplished getting healthy. It's not preachy, isn't an avid sales pitch for WW, and he seems to be a likeable type. It's a good weight management book - much more rational than most.… (más)
