I had an interview come up on fairly short notice. I'm finishing university this spring so this interview was my first real career job. I was very excited but wanted to get some insight for what to expect. Picked this book up at the library and gave it a really quick skim and it definitely had some good pointers for approaching a competency based interview. I'm not sure if I've got the job yet but I think this is a good read for anyone new to the job market, back to the job market or looking for a promotion!… (más)
