This book presents a great approach to how to manage the transition to medical school study. What makes it stand out is that it is particular to medical school--a rare find among study guides. It has "quizzes" to help you determine where your weaknesses might be.

This book should be re-titled Study -- Stress Gratis with Purchase. The time management section is positively draconian. That said, the book is full of useful strategies for tackling the amount of information thrown at you in vet school, and was a great help for me in developing science study skills.
