At first glance, it looks like a winner for sure! It really does have 101 ideas in it outlining ways to celebrate the volunteers that work in youth ministry. As with most youth ministry books that come out of the Saddleback Church - this one is full of “humor in the margin” - something I love to see and read. The book is littered with “Top 5 Signs” of different things and quotes from volunteers. One Top 5 Sign:

The Top 5 Signs a Volunteer May Not Need Any Extra Encouragement:
5. The town already holds a parade in her honor every year.
4. Students in your youth group are wearing shirts with his picture on the front.
3. He has his own action figure at Toys”R”Us.
2. The pphrase “What Would Jesus Do?” has been replaced by “What Would Sue Do?”
1. CNN reports that his image is being added to Mount Rushmore.
