The D'Alzon Library poetry series kicks off its 2009-2010 season with two Write Bloody authors: VICTOR D. INFANTE is an award-winning poet and journalist living in Worcester, MA. His poems have appeared in dozens of newspapers, magazines, journals and anthologies internationally. He is the editor-in-chief of "The November 3rd Club," and online literary journal of political writing, and his first full-length collection of poems, City of Insomnia, is available from Write Bloody Publishing. He fully admits to being a fan of Dancing with the Stars. PAUL G. MAZIAR is a writer and published author, living in Brooklyn, NY. His first book, WHAT IT IS: WHAT IT IS, consists of experimental prose & poetry, married the with the gorgeous, deconstructed-yet-meticulous typography and photo-driven design of Cold War Kids bassist Matt Maust. The book was released through Write Bloody Publishing, the publishing, company spearheaded by the acclaimed, award-winning poet Derrick C. Brown.
