This is a pretty good cookbook considering it has very limited ingredients.... The presentation is good, a full explanation of growing pumpkins, storing, preparing, and the recipes sound pretty good too.

Tuscan pumpkin soup
Pumpkin crisps
Roasted pumpkin wedges
Grilled pumpkin w/ parmesan
Pumpkin & couscous pilaf
Pumpkin, sage & chile risotto (personally, I'd omit the sage)
Pasta triangles w/ pumpkin & sage
Baked pumpkin w/ mascarpone, pancetta, & sage (I'd add mushrooms)
Tea-smoked duck w/ roasted pumpkin salad
Pumpkin & rum mousse
Pumpkin seed brittle
Steamed pumpkin pudding
Pumpkin & almond tart
Pumpkin & Raisin cheesecake (I'd add rum)
Pumpkin creme brulees
