This was terrible. It was over the top and ridiculous dramatic. And it was long and boring. It was a real struggle to finish. Rhea was an idiot. Duke (ex-boyfriend/stalker) was an ass. And I didn't really like Chad. So story sucked. 1 star.

Her life isn't glamorous, but Rhea Griggs does her best.
In her small town of Wakefield, Virginia she lives the life she has been given, but loving your older brother's best friend is always a gamble. For Rhea, it's an unspoken truth.
Chad Payne is a sailor, a SEAL, and he loves his job, but the danger and unknowing is starting to weigh on his heart and soul. He's ready to settle down, but confessing his love for his best friend's little sister is easier said than done.
When heartbreak and loss find Rhea, Chad knows it's now or never.

Two Weeks with a SEAL is a great book. It’s a love story between Rhea and Chad that’s starts out on tragedy for Rhea. Pulling herself together after the back to back loss of both her SEAL brother Randy and the overdose of her Mother on Christmas Eve is almost to much, but then Chad comes home for two weeks and that changes her whole life.

This is a story told from two sides, which is great for a reader. Be prepared this is a book set in real life, dealing with real life issues. This is Part 1 of a series and by this end you want more. The only issue I have with this book is you don’t get to hear Harlan and Kendall’s side, but I think I am just being greedy with that request. So the story goes like this, Rhea’s life has been full of hardship and tragedy. Her mother, brother an Rhea manage to get rid of their abusive husband/father. Rhea’s brother joins the SEALS with his best friend Chad. Randy is killed while on a mission and Rhea’s mother overdoses on pain killers and dies on Christmas. Chad (the man Rhea has secretly been in love with), come home for two weeks and is determined to have a relationship with Rhea. While trying to be together they have to deal with Duke, a man Rhea hooked up with, but has no feelings for. We follow their time together for the two weeks that Chad is home. Have your tissues ready.

This book is fantastic from start to finish. The news broadcast at the beginning of the book can make this a stand alone book even though it is part of the series. Thank one section alone made me want to go back and re-read the other books all over again. The struggle of Rowena at the beginning of the book made my heart bleed. As the book progressed and she met her mates Blaine and Penton, her character develops wonderfully. I honestly fell in love with these 3 main characters for their individual strengths and weaknesses. As Rowena, Blaine and Penton travel across the country the 3 mates learn how to exist with each other, deal with the past, cope with the supernatural connection between Rowena and the family she has never met all the while being stalked by evil.
Truly a awesome book!

This fourth installment in this loved military romance series brings us some bumps in the road for Chad and Rhea as well. Because, as we all know, no one in the little town of Wakefield, Virginia has it easy in love. Be ready to travel with the characters on a path filled with physical, mental and spiritual healing, along with more than a few HOT tumbles in the hay and one ending that might make your heart melt.

Take Me Home starts in November, 4 months from where we left Bobby and Ellie, with Ellie in hospital after trying to end her life to stop the horrendous abuse from her ex-husband.
In those 4 months Ellie has started a job and tries to struggle through life without Bobby. Thankfully Ellie still has Rhea, Chad and Little Charlie, who include her in everything, but as the evening ends Ellie feels the pain of missing her brother Jack, as well as Bobby.
Bobby, meanwhile is in Iraq and his thoughts are never far from Ellie. Bobby had become a better man, coming to terms with his disability and realizing that he had no rights to feel hurt over her night with Garth and Brad, especially as he had never told Ellie about his weekend with Kendall. He loves Ellie and wants to make things right. But there are still many issue they need to sort out, that is if Bobby can make it home alive.

I waited with bated breath for this book and the Author Theresa Marguerite Hewitt didn’t let me down. The one part I wish she would have woven into the story, was the discovery that Ellie had been drugged, but that might have changed the whole story. This book is awesome. I loved it and couldn’t put it down. The story of Ellie and Bobby was fantastic but I loved the way the characters from the previous books were woven in. This book is NOT a stand alone, you must read the complete series, but all of the books are well worth it!
