I was delighted when I saw the other review of this book, which opened with how much the reviewer loved it and went on to describe why it was a special sort of gift. That's EXACTLY my situation, too -- I rarely use 'love' in reviews but indeed loved everything about the book as soon as I opened it, and actually bought it as a gift for a friend who has tons of stress-related challenges, and little time to delve into any involved solutions. I think it will be a lifesaver there, and I'm glad I was able to read through it carefully before wrapping it: it made me feel much more educated about, and aware of, my own five senses.… (más)
