To my knowledge there isn't another book that deals with this subject, therefore the rating, just because there is nothing to compare it to, at least in the U.S.

This actually a historical book in that it is self-published and no longer available. This book lists the birds that were imported from F.W. Marriott's loft in Great Britain for the express purpose of establishing the strain for use by American fancier's. Mr. Marriott was known as the greatest racing pigeon fancier in England for his time period in the 1920's.

Excellent even if it is slightly dated.
