While no longer exactly a timely book (having been written in 2002), there is still a lot of relevant information for anyone looking to get into publicity, either for themselves or for others.

The sections I found most helpful included those on press releases and media contacts, as well as those on public speaking and special events. After reading Hatchigan's thoughts, I really wanted to go on the public lecture circuit and start a newsletter, even though I fear public speaking and don't feel I have enough to say that would warrant a regular newsletter. Also, I immediately got the idea for several special events to put together for various reasons.
