A handy dichotomous key book that identifies ferns fairly well. While some identification requires a loupe or even something stronger, for the most part I am able to get a good idea of what I'm finding along the trail with this guide. It is fairly easy to use compared to many dichotomous key books since it is targeted at the curious or amateur naturalist rather than the professional botanist or biologist. As an added plus, it fits easily into my hiking bag!
