Since then, she had to work hard to support her family, and she never gave up even if there were many times when she wasn’t paid. The author remembers how his mother would always tell him “Never mind, son, things will get better”, and he knows that his mother’s determination and inner strength inspired him and made him who he is. Just like her, he never gave up, and he worked hard to build a better life for himself.
