Sweet and lovely

I recommend this book to anyone interested in learning, practicing, or teaching yoga to others or to your own inner child. The poems for each pose are sweet and richly visual multi-sensory language and paired with the more explicit instructions for each pose and the illustrations provide great metaphors to help understand and embody the movements and the spirit guiding them.
