I love these recipes! Well, I think I do- I haven't actually made any of them yet, and I see that at least one reviewer here says that they don't work so well as recipes, but are better taken as flavor suggestions. I love the tone, I love the idea, I love the photographs. I hope I will also love the ice cream. Who wouldn't like an ice cream store which takes its name from two of the characters from Are You Being Served?

I so desperately want to go eat this ice cream!! And the book is actually very enjoyable to read--not just recipes.
