"Motley's Crew" is almost like a kinder, gentler comic strip version of "All In The Family". It centers around Mike Motley, a hard-working blue-collar worker with a liberal college-age son and a reactionary cigar-smoking beer-guzzling best friend, Earl. The strips are pretty good, usually funny, often political. I remember liking this strip quite a bit when it was in the Post-Dispatch.½
