I cannot really comment yet on whether it'll really have a lasting effect on my level of happiness since that is a long-term question, so only time will tell...
I did really like the book. The set-up is clear and easy to follow, and the book gives a lot of tips and exercises to help you improve your well-being. The tips and exercises make sense and I think this hands-on type of approach can really help people who are feeling down and are looking for ways to get happier. I will definitely be trying the tips and exercises myself.
Keeping the book short and to the point means that you don't have to spends hours reading and studying it, yet it contains quite a lot of information. It also has some tips for further reading which is very useful.
Definitely a book that I would recommend to anyone who feels they can be happier.
