In one sentence referring to an event being in Trafalgar Square, the next sentence referencing the effect of the American Bill of Rights on the event. Breaking it down, Europe (or possibly America) faces depopulation by AIDS/lack of interest, so a "pregnancy draft" is instituted. People fight back, the day is saved, etc.
