Molly Faris

The title comes from a road that runs near the parents's home and from a number of 47s that show up in the author's experience as she helps care for her terminally ill father. There are also golf themed insights supposed to reveal the relationship of the author and her father. (I must admit that most of these escaped me.)

As a cancer survivor, I found reading this book about a cancer related death very hard.
