Kevin Fagan

"Drabble", about a clueless college student named Norm Drabble, is a fairly widespread strip,although it's hard to see why. I guess they get it cheap. It's a fairly harmless strip, innocuous, never particularly funny, but never offensive either. I don't think I'd notice if it suddenly disappeared from the Post-Dispatch.
