Crab Bait by Carrie Enge is a good mystery and I learned a bit about Alaskan fishing too. It isn't just a murder mystery, there are other complications too. There are lots of twists and turns and suspects. An object, a 2,000 year old halibut hook, does it play into the murder? A fun read and I learned a thing or two!

Enge weaves the local history (Norwegian, native American), culture and geography of Petersburg around a pretty good murder plot. Well worth the read.
